The Book of Mormon--Answer to Life's Questions

I love when my hometeachers come.  They always bring such a wonderful, warm, loving spirit with them.  They both have the greatest spirits and I always learn so much from them.  We talked about the Book of Mormon today.  After sharing the First Presidency's message, Brother Derrick shared a personal experience.  While he and Sister Derrick were serving in the mission field, they had twelve zones with approximately 12 missionaries in each zone.  During one particular series of zone conferences, President Derrick decided to base them off the Book of Mormon.  The theme of the conferences was not shared ahead of time.  As he met with each zone, he gave them an hour or so to ask any sincere question they wanted to ask or they wanted an answer for.  Out of the 145 to 148 questions that were asked, there was not a single one that could not be answered by using references from the Book of Mormon.  This book is truly a blessing in our lives that will tell us everything we need to know if we but search with humble and sincere hearts.  I am thankful to have the Book of Mormon in my life.  What a blessing it is and has been!
